Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey
Small Batch White Whiskey

2 oz. Bib & Tucker White Whiskey

5 oz. St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram

.5 oz. Simple Syrup

.75 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice

Egg White

Combine whiskey, dram, simple syrup, and lemon juice in a large shaker tin. Add egg white in a smaller tin. Combine tins together with 2 ice cubes and dry shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Uncap, add ice, cap and seal again and hard shake for 10-12 seconds. Double strain with a Hawthorne strainer through a fine strainer into chilled coupe.

1 oz. Bib & Tucker White Whiskey

.75 oz. Carpano Antica

.75 oz. Cynar 70

Build all three ingredients in mixing glass, add ice, and stir about 30 revolutions with a mixing spoon. Strain with a julep strainer into a double old- fashioned glass over one large ice cube. Garnish with an orange twist.
2 oz. Bib & Tucker 6yr Bourbon
1.5 oz. Cinnamon Spiced Apple Juice
.5 oz. Simple Syrup
.5 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass, add ice and shake. Strain into Collins glass filled with ice. Garnish with three speared apple half wheels.

1 oz. Spirit Works Sloe Gin
.33 oz. St. George Coffee Liqueur
.5 oz. Lemon
.5 oz. Egg White
.5 oz. Rosemary Syrup
2 dash Peychauds Bitters
Build all ingredients in a shaker, seal, and shake well to emulsify all the ingredients with the egg whites. Then add ice and shake again for water melt, chilling, and final emulsification. Double strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
.66 oz. Bib & Tucker Bourbon
.5 oz. Delord Napoleon Armagnac
.33 oz. Clear Creek Pear Brandy
.25 oz. Cardamom Syrup
1 dash Fee Brothers Barrel Aged Bitters
Drop lemon zest into a rocks glass and build cocktail old-fashioned style, garnishing with a candied apple wheel.
1 oz. Bib & Tucker Bourbon
1 oz. Vina Gonzalez Amontillado Sherry
.5 oz. Noval Black Porto
2 Orange Wedges
Hard shake with wedges to crush, then serve in a Collins glass.
